Sign on in advance using link on Facebook or llrc.co.uk and register your interest – this books your place. A form will then be emailed out to you to complete the form including the vehicle declaration and this should be emailed to email@example.com . You must also send a photo of both sides of your RS Clubman licence (18 years or over ) and Club membership card with your form. These must still be brought on the day. No memberships can be issued on the day. If you are unable to use the online facility please call us on 01469 540278 (Richard and Sue) and we will try to assist.
Competitors can bring members of their own household with them up to a maximum of 5 people from your own household.
Vehicle sharing is permitted with the following guidance being upheld:-
Your Navigator must be from your own household.
If sharing a vehicle and the other person is not from your own household then the vehicle should be sanitised between the users on touch points such as handbrake, steering wheel gearstick etc. Persons sharing a vehicle should be positioned within the running order for events to enable adequate cleaning to be done between runs.
Payment should be made in advance by either Bank Transfer or iZettle but the card machine will be available on the day. Refunds will be made if for any reason the event does not go ahead.
On the day the club retains the right to inspect an entrant’s vehicle and equipment following government guidelines and social distancing. You must follow the scrutineers instructions.
Please bring your own PPE to the event on the day and please use it. This also applied to all the people named on your entry form. PPE is supplied for Marshals and Officials.
On arrival there will be cleaning station on the entry gate. You and all occupants of your vehicle must sanitise your hands.
When siting your vehicle you must leave a minimum of 2 meters between you and your neighbour.

PPE is supplied for your use unless you have your own.
Allow plenty of space when parking between you and your neighbour.
Please be clear about any procedure for incidents and First Aid. This will be given out at Drivers Briefing.
Please keep 2 meters away from all others except for those members of your own household. Please bring you own supply of PPE.
Dogs must be kept on a lead and away from other dogs and people at all times.
No trophies are being presented at the events.
FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ALL DETAILS NOTED ABOVE OR FAILURE TO ACT ON EITHER MARSHAL , OFFICIAL OR COVID 19 OFFICER INSTRUCTION WILL EXCLUDE YOU FROM THE EVENT AND SITE.
