We return to Stainby for our next Comp Safari kindly sponsored by Famous Four of Louth.

UPDATED SR’s AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FOLLOWING BOTH GOVERNMENT ADVICE AND MSUK GUIDANCE PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:-
This event is open to all ALRC associated clubs, NORC, AWDC, Go Motorsport, Southern Counties and will be held on a Clubman permit. This event is also open to non ALRC vehicles.
No spectators, photographers or media allowed on site.
Pre booked and pre paid entries only -Limited entry numbers
Sign on in advance using link on Facebook or llrc.co.uk and register your interest – this books your place. A form will then be emailed out to you to complete the form including the vehicle declaration and this should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for Comp Safari. You must also send a photo of both sides of your RS Clubman licence and Club membership card with your form. This must still be brought on the day together with vehicle log book. No memberships can be issued on the day. If you are unable to use the online facility please call us on 01469 540278 (Richard and Sue) and we will try to assist.
Competitors can bring members of their own household with them up to a maximum of 5 people. You can now have pit crew to a maximum of 3 people (in addition to the Driver and Navigator). There is provision on the new Signing on form for 5 people attending. However for example you cannot have 1 driver and 4 pit crew but you can have a driver, navigator and 3 other family members or a driver, navigator 1 other family member and 2 pit crew. 3 is the maximum number of pit crew permitted. If the pit crew are not from your own household social distancing must be practiced at all times. Any questions please ask.
Vehicle sharing/Double Driving/Navigators is now permitted at this time with the following guidance being upheld:-
You can now have a Navigator provided they are either from your own household, in your “social bubble” or if both the driver and the navigator wear PPE. Acceptable PPE includes a full face helmet with the visor closed or a close fitting balaclava or mask. Gloves must also be worn.
Vehicle sharing is now permitted. If the person sharing is from the same household or in your “Social Bubble” no PPE is required whilst competing. If the other person is not from your own household then the vehicle should be sanitised between the users on touch points such as handbrake, steering wheel gearstick etc. Persons sharing a vehicle should be positioned within the running order for events to enable adequate cleaning to be done between runs.
Payment should be made in advance by either Bank Transfer or iZettle but the card machine will be available on the day. Refunds will be made if for any reason the event does not go ahead.
On the day the club retains the right to inspect an entrant’s vehicle and equipment following government guidelines and social distancing. You must follow the scrutineers instructions
Please bring your own PPE to the event on the day and please use it. This also applied to all the people named on your entry form. PPE is supplied for Marshals and Officials.
On arrival there will be cleaning station on the entry gate. You and all occupants of your vehicle must sanitise your hands.
When siting your vehicle you must leave a minimum of 2 meters between you and your neighbour.

PPE is supplied for your use unless you have your own.
Allow plenty of space when parking between you and your neighbour.
Please be clear about any procedure for incidents and First Aid. This will be given out at Drivers Briefing.
Please keep 2 meters away from all others except for those members of your own household. Please bring you own supply of PPE.
**For Comp Safari there is no entry to the Timing Van/vehicle and the monitor is not available for viewing scores

Dogs must be kept on a lead and away from other dogs and people at all times.
No trophies are being presented at the events.
Where Camping is available at events social distancing and all other COVID-19 guidance applies at all times. Camping will only be allowed with permission from the land owners.
FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ALL DETAILS NOTED ABOVE OR FAILURE TO ACT ON EITHER MARSHAL , OFFICIAL OR COVID 19 OFFICER INSTRUCTION WILL EXCLUDE YOU FROM THE EVENT AND SITE.

Camping is available from Friday evening- no facilities so please bring your own water, toilet facilities and take all rubbish home with you.
