Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure enough marshals and officials for this event who are able to comply with the latest motorsport UK requirements.

Scopwick Comp Additional Measures
These additional measures have been put in place for everyone’s benefit and safety. We must all be responsible for the welfare of ourselves and each other. The Covid Officer will have No hesitation in asking anyone to leave who does not adhere to these measures.
For clarification and in line with current government advice, Only those persons named on either a competitors entry declaration or a Marshaling form are permitted to attend the event or to camp. No other spectators whatsoever are permitted. Anyone arriving who is not Named on a form will be refused entry – there are no exceptions to this ruling and it is the competitors responsibility to enter the correct detail for this.
All camping units must adhere to the minimum basic distancing of a gap of 3meters between units. Please use your common sense.
Whilst socialising Fri and Sat please adhere to 2 metre social distancing.
We are not permitted to have any group of more than 30 people so no big groups round a BBQ, football matches or conga lines.
Please bring everything with you for your stay including water as there is none on site.
All rubbish must be taken home.
BBQ’s should be lifted off the ground to protect the grass.
Whilst we want you to enjoy your camping please be considerate to others after 11:00pm.
Drivers and Covid Briefing
Drivers Briefings will include the Navigators and must be socially distanced.
If your navigator does not live in the same house as you the current regulations require you keep 2m apart or use PPE.
Acceptable PPE for both driver and navigator is a full face helmet with visor closed, or wearing a face mask or close fitting balaclava. If we see anyone ignoring these rules, the vehicle will be stopped and the navigator asked to get out.
Marshals will be briefed separately.
Drivers queries should be texted to 07941 876 841 please remember to include name and vehicle number. The Timing van/vehicle is out of bounds.
2 meters distancing also applies to pit crew unless they are from your own household.

Entry numbers are limited with priority given to Lincs members. Any spare places available will be offered from 11th September 2020
